<image:caption>Jason E. McAllister, LMHC, LCPC, NCC Founder & CEO Clinical Director I have worked with a variety of different clients with unique and diverse walks of life. I became a counselor because I believe in people's ability to grow, learn and heal. I am here to help guide and facilitate that growth, to meet you where you are to help you heal, learn and grow. I provide a space of non-judgment, that is safe to walk on your path of discovery and recovery. Life can be a difficult journey at times and for different reasons, but it helps to have someone walk along side you as you persevere through these trials. I believe in hope, that even in our darkest of days, hope is on the horizon. I have many skills that I use to help meet my clients needs. I have specialties in existentialism, such as grief and loss, life transitions, spirituality and quarter-life/mid-life crises. I also work with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management and trauma. I always work with the client to help them find the right approach. — Email —</image:caption>

<image:caption>I am passionate about relational and trauma healing and hold a trauma-informed, attachment-centered lens when working with individuals or families. In therapy, I aim to help clients identify, understand, and heal emotional wounds. As I get to know you and your needs more, I integrate techniques from several counseling theories to best support your therapeutic goals. My therapeutic approaches pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems techniques, play therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness skills. I have specialized experience working with children and families in the foster and adoption system. I believe our past can shape and influence our present thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, but doesn’t determine our future. The more we learn about ourselves, our experiences, and our interactions with others, the more we can make decisions to rewrite old narratives into a new story of change. By respecting your innate self-understanding, I will work with you to identify and normalize your emotions with compassion and respect for the human experience. When working with families I help members explore existing roles, rules, and behavior patterns, and then identify new ways of relating, understanding, and connecting to each other. I hope to join you in your journey of self-exploration and partner with you to increase your understanding and acceptance of yourself, learn to effectively communicate your needs, and deepen your relationship with yourself and others. — Email —</image:caption>

<image:caption>I have been fortunate throughout my career to serve a variety of groups, from youth to adults. I have helped individuals with ADHD, Autism, PTSD, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders, to name a few. My career began in inpatient facilities throughout Spokane. During this time, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Addiction Studies at Eastern Washington University. This experience highlighted the importance of mental health and inspired me to provide a voice to those who need one. I obtained my Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Denver in 2023. At the same time, I completed internships at Excelsior and Catholic Charities. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative approach, and that both parties are essential to achieving the patient’s goals. I specialize in using a strength-based and trauma-informed lens. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These steps have allowed me to establish the basis of my therapeutic approach. I am a firm believer in meeting the clients where they are. I look forward to working with you. — Email —</image:caption>

<image:caption>The demands of a hurried world can interfere with our innate need to feel connected to ourselves, others, and the environment around us. We are daily impacted by the systems that surround us and the relationships we are connected to. Ruptures within relationships can often feel overwhelming to repair and prioritizing well-being can feel unattainable. In counseling, I work as a collaborative guide to support you in identifying and updating unwanted or unhelpful patterns in your lifestyle and in your relationships. I strive to provide my clients with a brave space where building resiliency and self-awareness are attainable. I'm currently an intern pursuing my Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling at Gonzaga University. This means I'm receiving academic knowledge, training, and supervision to support you. My program is CACREP accredited and as a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), I uphold the ethical standards set forth by the ACA. My practical skills and knowledge are supplemented by weekly supervision from university professors and Claire Roman, LMHC, LPC. My counseling process is guided by attachment based and trauma informed practices. I pull from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to guide the work we do together. I provide counseling for individuals of all ages, families, and couples. I have 12 years of experience working with children, families, and individuals needing support with parenting, chemical dependency, and navigating mental health and health care resources. I'm dedicated to creating a welcoming and secure environment where all humans can experience a sense of belonging. My love for the outdoors is integral to my life and provides moments of renewal I need each day. I look forward to joining you on your journey of growth. — Email —</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Team - Lee McCormick, LMFT</image:title>
<image:caption>Hello, my name is Lee and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. However, before I was ever a therapist, I was a client. I’ve been lost in the world and needed help. It was hard to admit. So first, let me honor your courage in understanding you may benefit from support. I won’t say I’ve been in your situation - because that is unique to you - but I know from my own therapy journey how daunting it can be to find a helping professional who not only makes a difference, but also is a good fit relationally. After all, the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important elements of successful therapy. I work from an eclectic standpoint, utilizing many modalities to help you gain the most from your time with me. Of particular importance to me is making sure you feel heard and understood. I want to honor your lived experience and expertise while providing additional perspectives and insights that help you attain your goals. This is the essence of person-centered and narrative therapies, my most used modalities. I also pull from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I also deconstruct power dynamics in the therapy session through a feminist and culturally-sensitive lens. I am deeply passionate about working with neurodivergent and queer individuals, families, and couples. I also enjoy working with parents in connecting and understanding their children, and helping individuals and families move through trauma healing. Outside of work I can usually be found spending time with my family or curled up in a corner with a good book and coffee. — Email —</image:caption>

<image:caption>Cedric Siegel, LMHC We all experience life in our unique ways, I work diligently to meet my clients where they are at so that I may understand their unique experiences. With this knowledge, I work to create an environment free of judgement so that I can better understand you and help you find a path that works for you. Unconditional positive regard is a key component to my practice. I have worked in pediatrics helping children from as little as 3 to 13 years of age, I worked with them to develop emotional regulatory tools and skills. I have also worked with Autistic children. I use cognitive behavioral therapy strategies and compassion focused therapy teachings to help my clients better understand themselves. I have worked with clients experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, and social/emotional communication. Life is hard. We do not need to be told we are not enough and instead told that we are worthy of self-love, compassion, understanding, growth, and safety. Every day is an opportunity to gain experience, and I would be happy to help you in your journey of self-discovery. — Email —</image:caption>

<image:title>Mental Health Awareness - Depression</image:title>
<image:caption>Depression can form for many reasons, sometimes it is due to stress, the loss of a loved one, a difficult situation that can lead to feelings of sadness, disconnectedness, isolation and loneliness. Depression can even form due to chemical imbalances from our nutrition or even changes in the seasons. Genetics also play a factor in our depression. We know that over 7% of the US population struggles with symptoms of depression, that might not seem like much but in reality that is roughly 53 million Americans. Depression is common and it is survivable. If you want to know more you can review the symptom assessment, the PHQ 9. This is not used to diagnose individuals but understand symptoms.</image:caption>

<image:title>Mental Health Awareness - ADHD</image:title>
<image:caption>ADHD is one of the more stigmatized symptoms out there. A lot of people think that ADHD is just for kids, most aren’t even aware of Adult ADD. Let alone how it impacts a person who is diagnosed with it. The symptoms are far beyond “just having a hard time focusing” or not sitting still. It can increase anxiety, impostor syndrome, create havoc in one’s social circles as well as increase symptoms of depression. Many struggle with these symptoms and often dismiss or feel dismissed for having them. You are not alone with these symptoms and you are not your symptoms. With out team we can help you better understand them and find ways to manage and navigate these symptoms. If you are interested in ADHD or would like to check your symptoms we have linked a test below, this is not for diagnosing but for understanding symptoms. <image:title>Mental Health Awareness - PTSD</image:title>
<image:caption>Trauma is incredibly challenging in and of itself. It often instills many other symptoms such as feelings of helplessness, panic, feeling “out of control” and overwhelmed. It can encompass symptoms ranging from night terrors and paranoia to depression and fatigue. Trauma can occur to anyone and ranges from those who have seen violence, survived disasters, had frightening medical experiences, from serious accidents and can even come from grief. It can be debilitating tackling trauma related disorders alone. WE are here to help, we have providers trained in trauma informed care and equipped with therapeutic tools to help navigate these symptoms and the overall disorder of trauma.</image:caption>
